OPPORTUNITY: CONTROLS ENGINEER
LOCATION: Jasper, Indiana
INDUSTRY: Conveyor, Robotics and Material Handling
Stac Control Engineers, work as a team to take customer challenges from concept to implementation. You will have the responsibility of designing and installing all types of material handling systems, including industrial robotics, conveyor systems, autonomous mobile robots, vision systems and more. This position will be immersed in all aspects of design, assembly, engineering, mechanical and electrical installation of automation projects. You will have direct exposure to industrial robotics, conveyor systems, packaging equipment, machine interoperability, control panel design and build as well as mechanical and electrical installation at customer sites for all projects. You will be interacting with customers and working with vendors, helping to create and foster strong partnerships to drive and develop cost effective robotics solutions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Industrial Robotics engineering and automation system integration for Stac customers.
You be involved with all aspects of design, programming, controls, integration, run-off and installation for industrial robotics and conveyor projects.
Programming (Fanuc, Kuka, Interroll, etc.)
PLC and HMI Programming (AB, Siemens, Omron, Keyence)
Electrical schematics experience
Design and integration of Programming and Controls.
Integrate various machines into robotic cells, custom conveyor and other interfaces.
Mechanical and Electrical installation of Stac Automation Projects.
Effectively execute workload planning, resource allocation, project management, leadership techniques and coordination of people and resources.
Communicate, interact, and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers at all levels while fostering cooperation and teamwork within the department.
Enjoy involvement with Professional Associations, Conferences and Subscriptions to enhance your professional growth and development.
SUCCESS FACTORS:
5+ years of experience in robotics, conveyors, controls, and programming.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or Computer Science.
Troubleshooting robotic programs and automation systems
Experience with Automation system build/start-up.
Experience with vision systems (Fanuc, Cognex, Keyence)
Electrical knowledge
Mechatronics knowledge
Strong team player with ability to collaborate with internal engineering and external team members.
Effective presentation skills to communicate ideas with prospective clients.
Robust understanding of process flow, process automation, and process improvement within the manufacturing industry and distribution supply chain.
Experience in an estimating role in a robotics environment.
Advanced experience with AutoCAD and various programming/development software.
Creative problem-solving skills that are demonstrated with swift confidence.
Able and willing to travel (over nights) as needed (up to 50%)

OPPORTUNITY: TERRITORY MANAGER
LOCATION: Louisville, Kentucky
INDUSTRY: Conveyor, Robotics and Material Handling
As our Territory Manager, you will grow business while establishing a strong sales pipeline through aggressive cold calling as well as vendor leads and current business relationships. You will be part of a team that focuses on identifying and winning projects in manufacturing, ecommerce, third party logistics and distribution facilities throughout your territory. Blend your sales-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to commission existing and new projects. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Manage and grow relationships with current customers in established territory.
Identify and grow Conveyor Systems and other general Material Handling opportunities.
Develop new customer relationships by identifying business needs, educating key decision makers, and recommending integrated solutions to achieve business goals.
Anticipate customer needs and proactively customize solutions.
Collect data that accurately represents customer requirements and develop concepts that provide fully automated solutions.
Prepare proposals, follow-up, negotiate and close deals.
Provide the highest level of customer service and support.
Process orders and inform customers of project status.
Manage internal and external information through software systems.
Communicate, interact, and maintain positive relationships with internal and externalcustomers at all levels.
Provide exemplary customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure successful delivery, installation with material handling products where necessary.
